The room was well-kept with a private bathroom, very clean and organized.

Property was quiet and quiet little, we truly enjoyed this place.

The breakfast was savoury, they make lots of meals. The booked room was beautifully maintained and neat with glass window on the newer block. Location: the hotel was next to plenty of delicious seafood restaurants, a very cheap restaurant and the deserts. We stayed for trip and would return anytime...

The location was fantastic, situated just near the train station and attractions like the Fairy Stream. the guesthouse had a lovely garden with benches, a hammock, a fountain, and a bar. - Our room in the newer block was great with a glass window.

When I arrived feeling ill, they promptly checked me in and made sure I was comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating, helping me arrange tours and providing helpful information. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The guesthouse also had a lovely courtyard garden where I could relax. I highly recommend a stay at Diem Lien Guesthouse.

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms opened up to a beautiful garden with a hammock and fountain, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The strong wifi worked well everywhere, allowing me to stay connected. The staff were pretty good by storing my luggage and even offering me their personal bathroom for a shower. The sand dunes tour I booked through the hotel was fantastic and affordable. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and there were delicious seafood vendors along the shore. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.
